Secrets and Clues

Danvon of Duskwater is a fourth-ring member of the Mages of Kartan (they go up to 9). He has studied archlore and knows of the Key of Worlds.
Danvon also knows of the Depths Forgotten, layers beneath the City of Arches and Skyreach Mountains that surround the city.
Depths Forgotten is a series of at least twenty layers of dungeons, crypts, mines, and caverns connected by the Grand Lift, built by mechanists and artificers of the Nameless King centuries ago. It's old but mostly reliable.
Sometimes the lift breaks and one must find a way to reach the machinery to fix it.
One of the layers of the Depths Forgotten is the Pleasure Vaults. This massive hollow statue lies in Sunken Revvia.
Huge wheels, gas chutes, and waterfalls power the Grand Lift. Each level has a key that takes you to that level. You need two keys to go to one place or another.
Roselyn Zeshe has a city key but no key to the Pleasure Vaults. Danvon has the key to the pleasure vaults.
The Pleasure Vaults were a retreat for the NK's most loyal sychophants. It's said that his consort, Queen Sett, used to reside there. They believed the only way to receive pleasure was to take it from someone else.
The Pleasure Vaults contained faceless alien humanoids known as the Gray Attendants. These psionic horrors knew how to ply apart the minds of mortals for the pleasure of the sycophants.
Sunken Revvia is a battlefield between three entities – the hobgoblin warlord General Krash, the cult of Vrys, and a terrible black dragon named Ouryvax the Sallowsworn who commands trolls and stone giants out of the ruin called Omen's End.
Several keys limit access to various parts of the pleasure dens.
